Step 1: Consultation and Planning

At your initial consultation, we’ll take the time to listen to your concerns and explain the entire process. Additionally, we’ll discuss your medical history and perform imaging to assess the condition of your jawbone and determine the best locations for placement of your implants.

Step 2: Implant Placement

However, once we develop a treatment plan we tailor to you, the next step involves placing the dental implants. Plus, this outpatient procedure is typically performed under local anesthesia or sedation to ensure your comfort. Moreover, we strategically position the implants in the jawbone, providing a solid foundation for your denture.

Step 3: Final Restoration

In most cases, you will receive a temporary denture to wear while your implants heal and integrate with your bone. However, after a healing period of approximately three to six months, you will return to McLean Aura Dentistry for the placement of your permanent dentures.
